Yes, usually. And yes. For me, the muscle-building requirements for my spot necessitate lots of protein. I now have a vice (protein drinks). Cheerios are certainly a processed food. Ingredients (ignore the 1 gram of added sugar, friend) include: Whole grain oats, corn starch : ( , sugar, salt (190 grams or 8% of RV), tripotassium phosphate, and vitamin E. Certainly imperfect, but the Cheerios have lowered my slightly high cholesterol. Would that I liked oatmeal! A long-winded way of saying that the ever-vigilant Cat is spot on. These may be the only processed foods I generally eat... But I really should turn to steel cut oats.
