While I AGREE there is an association but no causality established, the challenge would be pulling out those who have anemia secondary to life-shortening conditions such as sickle cell disease, severe thalessemia, Fanconi anemia, etc. Women do live longer lives, indeed. Would that we understood why (I hypothesize above)…
