Well-said. Thanks Kelly for the reminder that association is not causality. I would imagine though that alcohol-induced sedentariness doesn't account for all of the assoicated ills. If I am wrong, the sedentary behavior is not good for longevity - and if EtOh makes us sit staring at the television all day long, well... Still a fan of moderation, at least for myself and for those trying to optimize healthsapn. Hope you have a joy-filled weekend.
