Those are optimal conditions. Do I have always time in the morning (before awakening) to meet them? No. There are no high-level studies looking at the precise time you should do it. These are general guidelines.

For example, I get up, shave and wash up, and then take my BP before eating. On my days off, I actually don't find that particularly challenging. Truth be told, I am happy that I get a BP check-in once daily, anytime. But when I am being diligent and have the time, I try to follow the recommendations. Thanks for the Q and for the interest in promoting your health and well-being. Appreciate you.

Warm regards,

Michael
