The exact role of diet in prostate cancer is murky, but several potential risk factors have been studied. Men who eat a lot of red meat or high-fat foods (especially dairy products) may have a slightly higher chance of getting prostate cancer. But here's the problem: This statement is based on observational studies. Of note, men who consume more red meat tend to also consume fewer fruits and vegetables. So I go back to this: Moderation, and avoid processed foods. Careful with fried stuff, too.

Thanks for reading the piece and for your query. Hoping you have a joy-filled day.

Warm regards,

Michael
