Thank you for your kind words, Stephanie. I am famous around my hospital for walking at any opportunity (45 minutes pre-work; 45 minutes over the lunch hour + my usual workout at home (30 minutes of IFit treadmill or bike, traveling the world (I would otherwise be bored!) + 30 minutes strength, balance, or stretch work in some combination). Just turned 60 (and have abs, in spite of my suboptimal diet... I'm a work in progress).
