Thank you for writing this interesting piece. I am one of those who can create goosebumps at will. The sensation starts in my head and travels down my upper back first. Oddly, when I recently had surgery for a benign tumor for a month, making goosebumps caused pain in my head. A month later, it went back to its usual state.
