Thank you for the question. I think that for those of us who have reasonable BPs, I am not sure that using medicines to get down to really low levels is optimal. As for age, your point is well taken. As you know, I am particularly interested in how we can nudge lifestyle parameters to get to such levels. I am not advocating for the willy-nilly use of medicines to get to "sub-normal" levels.

Thank you for reminding all of us that age matters. Our blood vessels become less elastic, alas (says the guy turning 59 in a few weeks!).
