Point well-taken. I do HIIT (on occasion) solo; I feel in complete control. Your observations are not dissimilar for me and yoga (even as I know I should do what I am comfortable doing). HIIT is certainly not for all, and I am glad you are listening to your body. Thanks for reading the piece and for your insightful comments.
