My take included the usual caveats one must always have with observational studies, especially in the dietary realm. My bottom line takeaway is that there are no big signals that make me stay away from consuming cheese (okay not a big fan) and dairy in moderation. Few things in the diet arean are certain, when it comes to health, but I think dodging ultraprocessed foods, consuming stuff in moderation, and upping the plants is not particularly controversial.
