No quibble with your insights, Vern. Fits with my pillars of health: 1) Community; 2) diet; 3) physical activity (I don’t mean just exercise in the USA sense); 4) sleep, and 5) mindfulness. I too am not sure about the alcohol but suspect whole grains help (would that we had high-level evidence, so take it with a skeptical eye). I do think it is worthwhile to present the available evidence regarding dietary components such as nuts or whole grain, however.
