No easy answer (so many variables, including one’s health and goals), but your regimen should reduce your risk of cardiovascular events, perhaps dementia, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and more. I am a big fan of simply listening to my body as I age (I am 59). Thanks for reading the piece, Trav.
