Thank you for your kind words. Having been in Edinburgh just a month ago, I can attest to the wonderfulness of frequent tea. Fabulous people, fabulous city. I look forward to offering more pieces on our beloved tea (even if my daughter, most recently a Birmingham, England resident) offers that my Earl Grey hardly qualifies as tea.
