I have cold pillows, mindfulness, and nature frequently written about non-pharmacologic options, especially since I treat many with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. This is simply one more option. A patient I had earlier this week tried acupuncture, avoiding triggers, naturopathic interventions, etc. She was at wit's end, but this medicine allowed her to get her life back. I am not selling anything, but rather that patients like her find relief (and now have one more option). They make a personal decision, weighing the risks and benefits.
