I am always intrigued by the Japanese, who regularly use eggs (and tofu) as protein sources. And among the longest-lived folks in history. So yes, moderation; an ONLY egg diet seems, well, a bit lacking! Thanks for the reminders and references. Eggs are a great protein source for many.
