I agree(!), perhaps b/c of my study of mechanical engineering for a short time in another life. I always provide the original references for those of us who want to see the actual #s. To me, the bigger Q is what are the long-term implications of the findings, small or large? Even seeing the absolute #s, I cannot assess the exact implications for health. Are there compensatory mechanisms in the liver? However, this research is in line with innumerable studies pointing to the potential perils of fructose. Thanks for your insightful comment.
