Hopefully, you are practicing risk-reducing strategies such as getting physical activity, not drinking excessively, avoiding smoking, aiming for Body Mass Index of 20-25, and eating well. I think 7 to 9 hours sleep mauy reduce risk, too. Hopefully menopause will lead to less density. Wishing you all the best.
