First of all, congratulations on your discipline. You inspire. I really think you are very much on track. For example, in terms of longevity, the Harvard longitudinal study points to 7K steps daily as optimal for longevity. For me, this translates to about an hour of walking. I suspect you are there if we add in your activities of daily living (housework, walking around the supermarket, gardening, etc.) — you get the idea. I am not sure you really need to do anything more, but if you are ambitious, tack on another 10 minutes to that bike ride. Or five minutes. You got this.
