Agreed, but at least such results seem fairly and uniformly consistent. So hard to get high-level evidence via prospective, randomized trials done over time. Of course, that is much-preferred than using statistical manipulations to control for covariables. So no argument. Observational and self-reporting studies are admittedly only low-level evidence.
